(a) in subsection (1) after paragraph (be) insert—

“(bf) a sub-national transport body;”;

(b) in subsection (3), after “(be),” insert “ (bf), ”;

(c) in subsection (4), in paragraph (a) after “joint authority,” insert “ a sub-national transport body, ”.
