(2)In the heading to the Part for “Secretary of State” substitute “national authority”.
(3)In paragraph 1 (directions in relation to certain orders)—

(b)after “give to that” insert “authorised”.
(4)In paragraph 2(b) (directions prohibiting certain orders)—
