Schedule 1 to the Scotland Act 1998 is amended as follows.

For “the Boundary Commission for Scotland” in each place substitute “
the Local Government Boundary Commission for Scotland

In paragraphs 3 to 7 for “the Secretary of State” in each place, and for “he” in paragraphs 3(9) and 6(1), substitute “
