The company may disclose to the Bank any information which the company considers that it is necessary or expedient to disclose to the Bank in preparation for the commencement of section 12.

Section 348 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 (restrictions on disclosure of confidential information) has effect subject to sub-paragraph (1).
