Section 41 (regulation by Financial Conduct Authority) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), at the end insert “ and the requirements imposed on them by sections 40A, 40B and 40G ”.

In subsection (2)(a), at the end insert “ or immigration checks under section 40A ”.
