60 Sanctions: interpretation U.K.

In this Chapter—

• “operator under a petroleum licence” has the meaning given in section 48(9);

• “petroleum-related requirement” has the meaning given in section 42(3);

• “sanction notice” has the meaning given in section 42(4).
