SCHEDULE 1 E+W Financial penalty for breach of banning order

5 E+W After the end of the period for representations the local housing authority must—

(a) decide whether to impose a financial penalty on the person, and

(b) if it decides to impose a financial penalty, decide the amount of the penalty.
