In section 106BB (duty to notify the Mayor of London of certain applications under section 106BA), in paragraphs (a), (b) and (c) of subsection (1), for “planning permission” substitute “ permission ”.

At the end of that subsection insert—

“In this subsection, “permission” means planning permission or permission in principle.”
