36 U.K. Paragraph 43(6A) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 (moratorium on appointment to receiverships) is to have effect as if for “An administrative receiver” there were substituted “ A person with functions equivalent to those of an administrative receiver ”.
