The Communications Act 2003 is amended as follows.

In section 401(5)(g), for “sections 47 to 49” substitute “ section 47 or 48 ”.

In Schedule 18 (transitional provisions), omit paragraph 24 (which relates to section 94 of the Telecommunications Act 1984).
