65 U.K. In section 48 (interpretation of Part 2), in subsection (3)(c)—

(a) omit the “or” at the end of sub-paragraph (i);

(b) after sub-paragraph (ii) insert “; or

(iii) Part 5, or Chapter 3 of Part 6, of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 (equipment interference).”
