9 U.K. In section 4(1)(b) of the Social Security Fraud Act 2001 (arrangements for payments in relation to persons providing a telecommunications service etc.) for “the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (c. 23)” substitute “ the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
