20U.K.In section 169(3)(b) of the Legal Services Act 2007 (disclosure of information to the Legal Services Board) for “Part 1 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 (c. 23)” substitute “ any of Parts 1 to 7 or Chapter 1 of Part 9 of the Investigatory Powers Act 2016 ”.
