13U.K.The Secretary of State may, on an application made by or on behalf of the head of an intelligence service, issue a warrant that combines—
(a)a targeted examination warrant which the Secretary of State has power to issue under section 19(2), with
(b)a targeted examination warrant which the Secretary of State has power to issue under section 102(3).

Impact Assessments
Impact Assessments generally accompany all UK Government interventions of a regulatory nature that affect the private sector, civil society organisations and public services. They apply regardless of whether the regulation originates from a domestic or international source and can accompany primary (Acts etc) and secondary legislation (SIs).
