6 In section 83A(5)(a) of the Apprenticeships, Skills, Children and Learning Act 2009 (apprenticeship offer: application to persons provided with support under Children Act 1989)—

(a) for “21” substitute “25”;

(b) after “23C” insert “or 23CZB”.
