17 (1) Article 12 is amended as follows. E+W

(2) In paragraph (1)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) insert “ or ”;

(b) omit sub-paragraph (d) and the “or” before it.

(3) In paragraph (2)—

(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (a) insert “ and ”;

(b) omit sub-paragraph (c) and the “and” before it.
