Section ZA3 (provision of advice and assistance to the Secretary of State) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1) for “relating to apprenticeships in relation to England.” substitute

In subsection (2) for “100(1A) or otherwise relating to the funding of apprenticeships relating to England” substitute “ 100(1A) or (1B) or otherwise relating to the funding, in relation to England, of the things mentioned in paragraphs (a) and (b) of that subsection ”.
