SCHEDULE 3 E+W Conduct of education administration: statutory corporations

Specific modifications to Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 E+W

10 E+W Paragraph 45(2) (publicity) is to have effect as if for paragraph (b) there were substituted—

“(b) a member of the further education body,

(ba) the clerk to the further education body,

(bb) the chief executive of the relevant institution,

(bc) any senior post holder or principal of the relevant institution, and”.
