Specific modifications to Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986 E+W

24 E+W Paragraph 83 (notice to registrar when moving to voluntary liquidation) is to have effect as if—

(a) sub-paragraph (2) were omitted, and

(b) in sub-paragraph (3) after “may” there were inserted “ , with the consent of the appropriate national authority, ”.
