Paragraph 83 (notice to registrar when moving to voluntary liquidation) is to have effect as if—

(a)

sub-paragraph (2) were omitted, and

(b)

in sub-paragraph (3) after “may” there were inserted “, with the consent of the appropriate national authority,”.
