22E+WParagraph 83 (notice to registrar when moving to voluntary liquidation) is to have effect as if—
(a)sub-paragraph (2) were omitted, and
(b)in sub-paragraph (3) after “may” there were inserted “ , with the consent of the appropriate national authority, ”.
