SCHEDULE 1 U.K. Powers of members of staff of Serious Fraud Office

12 (1) Section 290 (prior approval) is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) In subsection (4), after paragraph (a) insert—

“(aa) in relation to the exercise of a power by an SFO officer, the Director of the Serious Fraud Office,”.

(3) In subsection (6), after “constable” insert “, SFO officer.
