SCHEDULE 1 E+W The Office for Students

Delegation of functions E+W

11 (1) The OfS may delegate any of its functions to— E+W

(a) a member of the OfS,

(b) an employee of the OfS authorised for that purpose, or

(c) an OfS committee.

(2) But a function which is one of the OfS's access and participation functions may only be delegated to the [F1 Access and Participation Director].

(3) A function is delegated under this paragraph to the extent, and on the terms that, the OfS determines.
