House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975

4 In Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the House of Commons Disqualification Act 1975 (disqualifying offices), omit—

(a) “Director of Fair Access to Higher Education.”, and

(b) “Any member of the Higher Education Funding Council for England in receipt of remuneration.
