Duty of the OfS to inform the Secretary of State about significant concerns

The OfS must inform the Secretary of State if it has significant concerns about—

(a)

how the designated body is performing its duties under section 64(1) or 65(1), or

(b)

the continued suitability of the designated body to be designated under this Schedule.
