22In section 1 of the Local Authorities (Goods and Services) Act 1970 (supply of goods and services by local authorities) in subsection (4) (interpretation) after “any combined authority established under section 103 of that Act,” insert “any fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004,”.
