Employment Agencies Act 1973 (c. 35) E+W+S

33 E+W+S In section 13(7) of the Employment Agencies Act 1973 (activities to which the Act does not apply) after paragraph (fh) insert—

“(fi) the exercise by a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004 of any of its functions;”.
