Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (c. 30) E+W

47 E+W In section 45 (arrangements under Employment and Training Act 1973) in subsection (2) (local authorities to which section applies) after paragraph (c) (but before the “and” at the end of that paragraph) insert—

“(ca) a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004;”.
