50In section 38 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 (minor definitions) in the definition of “local authority” after “a combined authority established under section 103 of that Act” insert “, a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004”.
