52In section 6(2)(a) (meaning of “local authority” for the purposes of Part 2) after the entry relating to a combined authority established under section 103 of the Local Democracy, Economic Development and Construction Act 2009 insert—
“a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004,”.
