Part 1 E+W+S Amendments to the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004

9 E+W In section 21 (Fire and Rescue National Framework) after subsection (2) insert—

“(2A) The Framework may contain different provision for different descriptions of fire and rescue authority.”
