59 E+W+S In section 144(2)(a)(i) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 (exceptions from the requirement for third party insurance) after “the Inner London Education Authority,” insert “ a fire and rescue authority created by an order under section 4A of the Fire and Rescue Services Act 2004, ”.
