5 U.K. In section 140 (reciprocal powers of arrest)—

(a) in subsection (1), for the words in brackets substitute “ (arrest without warrant) ”;

(b) in subsection (5), for the words in the second set of brackets substitute “ (arrest without warrant) ”.
