Section 130 (net amount of levy payments) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), after “In this Chapter” insert “ , in relation to a late night levy requirement, ”.

In subsection (3), for “the late night levy requirement” substitute “ a late night levy requirement ”.

In subsection (5), in the opening words, at the beginning insert “ In relation to a late night levy requirement, ”.
