Local Government Act 1972 (c. 70) E+W

36 E+W In section 70 (restriction on promotion of Bills for changing local government areas etc) for subsection (2) substitute—

“(2) Subsection (1) above shall have effect as if the reference to a joint authority included a reference to the London Fire Commissioner.”
