Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982 (c. 30) E+W

68 E+W In section 45 (arrangements under Employment and Training Act 1973) in subsection (2) (local authorities to which section applies) for paragraph (d) substitute—

“(d) the London Fire Commissioner.”
