72 E+W In Schedule 11 (police and fire services) in paragraph 2(4) (references to the Metropolitan Board of Works in the Metropolitan Fire Brigade Act 1985 to be construed as references to the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority) for “the London Fire and Emergency Planning Authority” substitute “ the London Fire Commissioner ”.
