6 U.K. In section 17 of the Land Drainage Act (Scotland) Act 1958 (application of paragraph 23 of the code) for “Paragraph 23 of the electronic communications code” substitute “ Part 10 of Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003 (the electronic communications code) ”.
