Part 4 of Schedule 17 to the Crossrail Act 2008 (protective provisions) is amended as follows.

In paragraph 1(2) for the definition of “electronic communications code” substitute—

“electronic communications code” means the code set out in Schedule 3A to the Communications Act 2003;

In paragraph 2(1) for “paragraph 23” substitute “ Part 10 ”.

In paragraph 2(2) for “Paragraphs 21 and 23” substitute “ Parts 6 and 10 ”.
