In section 556(2)(a) of the Capital Allowances Act 2001 (definition of “relevant authority”), for “, the Oil and Gas Authority” substitute “—

(i)

the Welsh Ministers, in relation to the Welsh onshore area (as defined in section 8A of that Act);

(ii)

otherwise the Oil and Gas Authority, and”.
