93In Schedule 3 to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (corresponding code of practice for Welsh devolved powers of entry), in paragraph 1(1), for the words after paragraph (a) substitute—
“(b)associated powers.
The code may only contain provision that would be within the legislative competence of the National Assembly for Wales if contained in an Act of the Assembly.”
