73 In Schedule 1 (powers of seizure)—

(a) omit paragraph 65, and

(b) after paragraph 73R insert—

“Data Protection Act 2018

73T The power of seizure conferred by paragraphs 1 and 2 of Schedule 15 to the Data Protection Act 2018 (powers of entry and inspection).”
