407 U.K.The Court Files Privileged Access Rules (Northern Ireland) 2016 are amended as follows.

408 U.K.In rule 5 (information that may released) for “Schedule 1 of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “—

(a) Article 5(1) of the GDPR, and

(b) section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.”

409 U.K.In rule 7(2) (provision of information) for “Schedule 1 of the Data Protection Act 1998” substitute “—

(a) Article 5(1) of the GDPR, and

(b) section 34(1) of the Data Protection Act 2018.”
