(2)In this paragraph, “the relevant time” means the time when the repeal of Schedule 5 to the 1998 Act comes into force.
23U.K.Paragraph 10 of Schedule 12 to this Act applies only to amounts received by the Commissioner after the time when that Schedule comes into force.
