6U.K.Preventing goods or technology of a prescribed description from being made available—
(a)to, or for the benefit of—
(i)designated persons,
(ii)persons connected with a prescribed country, or
(iii)a prescribed description of persons connected with a prescribed country,
(b)for the benefit of, or for use in, a prescribed country, or
(c)for use in connection with specified ships.
