30(1)Section 13A (power of the Secretary of State to make provision about the combination of polls) is amended as follows.
(2)In subsection (2)—
(a)insert “and” at the end of paragraph (a), and
(b)omit paragraph (c) and the “and” before it.
(3)In subsection (3), omit paragraph (b) and the “and” before it.
