Section 29 (officers' powers of detention of ships, etc) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), for “ship, aircraft or vehicle”, in each place, substitute “ vehicle ”.

In subsection (2)(a), after “in the case of a ship or vehicle” insert “ other than an aircraft ”.
