Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (c. 60) U.K.

6 U.K. In section 65A of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (“qualifying offence”), at the end of subsection (2) insert—

“(t) an offence under paragraph 1 of Schedule 4 to the Space Industry Act 2018.”
