Contact details of a monitor or other office-holder N.I.

52 N.I.Where a provision of this Part of this Schedule requires a document to contain contact details of a monitor or other office-holder, the following information must be given—

(a) a postal address for the monitor or office-holder, and

(b) either an email address, or a telephone number, through which the monitor may be contacted.
