Prospective

47 E+W In section 236 (term of order, consecutive terms and taking account of remands)—

(a) in subsection (2)(a) and (b), and

(b) in subsection (2A)(b) (to be inserted by paragraph 29 of this Schedule),

for “21” substitute “ 18 ” (in each place).
